Hello, and welcome to our Private Clients page! One of our biggest passions here at Ampersand Essentials is helping people manage stress, overcome anxiety, find better sleep, and live an overall happier, healthier life.
Because of this, we decided to partner with Gabrielle Poliseno Counseling and Consulting to give you the best all-inclusive services! Our companies share an office, so if you are already a client of Gabrielle's, you can visit us in the same location!
We offer our Private Clients the opportunity to seek holistic products and services that are fully customized to existing medications, medical treatment, and counseling plans.
We understand that going completely off your medication may not necessarily be right for your health. We don't specifically lean one way or the other; we want to create a plan that exactly fits your needs and your lifestyle! We take the time to get to know you, your needs, and what exactly we can do to help. We are here to walk you through every step of your journey, and to help make aromatherapy less daunting and more fun! You can book your first appointment by clicking on "Book Appointment" under the Clients tab in our menu.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we are offering both in-person and virtual appointments for our Private Clients. For in-person appointments, masks will be required at all times. We do request that you take your temperature, record it, and send it to us one hour prior to your appointment time slot. If you are experiencing symptoms as listed by the CDC, and/or your temperature is over 99 degrees, it is required that you contact us so we can reschedule your appointment. If we discover you have not abided by these rules, as well as state and local ordinances, any future appointments will be terminated and a $100 fee will be charged to your account, and well as the temporary suspension of your account until a COVID-19 test has been administered and you receive a negative result.
PRIVATE CLIENT CONSULTATION:
FREE | 30 MINUTES
At our Private Client Consultation, we will get to know you on a more personal level. We will ask you questions about stressors in your life and things you struggle with (such as sleep deprivation, muscle aches, or headaches).
Next, we will ask you questions about scent preferences and favorites, if you have any. While we cannot guarantee the exact recreation of certain smells, it is always a good place to start if you haven't experienced or used essential oils!
Finally, we will ask you about any food allergies (some essential oils manifest the same way depending on the severity) and will recap what we discussed.
After all this is complete, if you are interested in continuing on as an official client, we will book your next appointment!
CLIENT APPOINTMENTS & FOLLOW-UPS:
$40 | 60 MINUTES
At our Client Appointment, we will discuss possible options and products that can be used to help relieve symptoms and stresses that were discussed previously, along with pricing.
If you book in person, you will get to smell some of the essential oils and other products we plan on using based on our agreed upon plans. If you aren't fond of a scent, please make sure to tell us! We can gladly switch one oil out for another if you would prefer something else.
Our follow-up appointments are only available per request from the client. At this appointment, we will answer any concerns or questions you may have about the products we created for you. We understand that not every essential oil works the same way for everyone, so any necessary changes will be discussed and approved.
