At Ampersand Essentials Aromatherapy, we pride ourselves in providing the best customer service in the industry. We are sick and tired of Aromatherapy only being for the "rich and famous", so that's why we created our customer care policy. We promise to always keep our pricing and services affordable and attainable to everyone. If you are in need of assistance but can't afford our price bracket, please contact us! We can talk through your options and see if there is any way we can meet your needs.

We are dedicated to providing the best service possible to our clients and customers, and we care about you! You can always provide feedback as well by using the same form.

Privacy & Safety

All products, services, recipes, and designs are copyrighted by Ampersand Essentials Aromatherapy LLC. No use is permitted unless explicitly given via email to the party inquiring. If you are using our recipes on social media, you are REQUIRED to tag us using our handles @amp.essentials or @ampersandessentials on all posts, and use the hashtag #ampersandessentials to comply with copyright laws.

 

When you purchase from us, your name, shipping information, and any other requested information will be stored in our cloud-based database. It will never be distributed to any other source, it will never be printed out (other than for shipping labels and packing slips) and will always be encrypted using Wix's safe encryption system.

Your information will NEVER be shared with third parties or be sold. We understand how annoying and concerning this may be, because we are people too! Privacy is of utmost importance to us. The only thing we will be using your information for is for shipping and for our email subscription, but you have to sign up for that in order to receive our emails! You will NEVER be automatically added to anything because we also understand how full our inboxes get!

CLIENT CUSTOM PRODUCTS

If you have been approved as a client of ours, we are so happy to begin serving you! Our processing time for all products is 1-30 calendar days, based on the season and availability of materials. An email will be sent to you when your products have been shipped or are ready for pick-up.

Please note, no products will be created until all invoices are paid in FULL. We at Ampersand Essentials Aromatherapy LLC reserve the right to withhold ALL products from clients and customers until all invoices and orders are paid in full. If there is a delay in payment, the processing times for product creation will be delayed as such.
