SHIPPING POLICY
If you are local to the Central Ohio area, we offer free local pickup and at our brand new shop located in Centerburg at 108 N Hartford Avenue, Unit C, Centerburg, OH 43011. If you would prefer shipping, costs will be calculated based on weight and current shipping rates.
United States: Free Shipping on orders $60+
Globally: Free Shipping on orders $100+
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our products being made to order, processing time can vary from 1-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items within 30 days of purchase. This applies to all products in our shop. In order to receive a refund, you must ship back all of your products that you would like to request a refund for. We will gladly offer a free return label, so no extra fees are your responsibility!
One a return label is sent, your package MUST be in the mail within 14 calendar days of the label being emailed to you. If your package is not in the mail within 14 calendar days of the label being emailed to you, a $15 return delay fee will incur.
If you would like to return your items in person, please make sure you bring proof of purchase (email or receipt). We cannot accept returns without a receipt or proof of purchase.
